We are aware that combining a good wine with an excellent dish is not always easy. In Casa Antonio, we strive to make this happen. Our objective is to create a cuisine which is modern yet traditional using wines of the highest quality, creating a perfect union on the palate.
Pairing the different textures, tastes and smells of food with the aroma and unique sensations of a good wine is possible, as we do each day in our restaurant. Our cellar contains the best wines carefully selected from Protected Denomination of Origin (PDO) in Spain and abroad, and whose essence combines perfectly with the culinary creations of our chefs.
